Certification Request - USA Four Corners

You must have an an active SCMA membership to request Ride Certification. The request has two components. Please complete this entire page. You will receive a confirmation email for submitting your basic information and attaching any necessary files. You will receive a second email for selecting the certification level of your choice and providing the necessary payment information.
- Basic Info and Files – Please fill out the form below with requested information: items needed for personalizing your certificate, your route records, and attachments for any extra files necessary to start the Certification process. USA Four Corners certification requires copies of your Four Corners forms using one of these options: 1) Attach PDF file(s) with copies of the forms and photos, or 2) Contact the Ride Chair to mail in copies of the forms and photos. Refer to the Rules Tab on the USA Four Corners Ride for additional rules details. Refer to one of these TIPS docs to learn how to create a link to your photos – iPhone, Android.
- Select Certification Level – After you have logged in to the SCMA website, select the Certification Level of your choice and submit your payment.
Certificates and swag based on the Level selected will be delivered a short time after the process is complete. Plaques will be created at the end of the year and will be available at the Awards Dinner or mailed upon request.
Take a look at the Awards and Finishers page and select the USA Four Corners Finishers to see the names and numbers of prior finishers, where your name will be after certification.
