Post Planning Best 15 Roads Challenge ride
on: May 11, 2013, 20:16

Just a note that two riders (myself and my buddy Larry) are planning a Best 15 Challenge run to start in early to mid August and we plan to complete the entire challenge in under 31 days.

Will be starting at the Mt Washington Auto Road in NH and then coming south then west before swinging back east again after completing the PCH, and likely finishing at the Twisted Sisters in TX.

Our planned route is approx 10,000 miles and we typically ride 550 or so a day. Maybe a little less if we are stopping often for pictures.

We mailed in our applications and release forms on 5/10 and are waiting for to official registration confirmations/package materials.

SO, anyone else going to be out there in August/Sept?

Hello All You 15ers.

So far we have 8 peeps signed up for this year and at least 3 have started or are getting ready to start. It will be good to meet you all along the way this year.

Looking good! Have fun out there and enjoy the ride!

I just rode the Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway while I was visiting in North GA. That was my second trip there. You can read about my ride in our Newsletter.

See you soon!!
