When a member signs a waiver for a particular ride (Four Corners), does that waiver serve other rides if the member registers for any/those additional rides, or is a separate waiver required for every individual ride?

A release of liability waiver is meant to cover a particular ride. So, yes, you must sign multiple waivers.

Comprehensive information on the USA Four Corners ride can be found by going to the SCMA website homepage, clicking on the USA Four Corners photo. You will find Dannie Fox's PO Box there.

To All Riders

On the subject of waivers (aka Release of Liability forms) you MUST download and copy the form in color. In other words, the red watermark that is found in the signature area must be red. Sign the form, have the form witnessed by an adult and mail the ORIGINAL to SCMA at the PO Box published for that ride. USA Four Corners, Best 15 US Roads, California Parks Adventure and California Mission Tour must be signed off in this way. For the Three Flags Classic, because you will be in Tucson in the presence of the volunteers handling the Release of Liability Forms, you will simply sign the form there. The Release of Liability is a legal document.
