In case anyone is interested, I will be leaving today to pre-ride the route. A report, including checkpoint locations and the route, which is always subject to change, will be coming soon.

Okay, I am back from my "little" sojourn.
Been over in Amsterdam, Netherlands, then down through Germany, France, and Switzerland. 😀

How are things back in the good olde USA ? 😛

Wife and I are downloading pictures now, as I alone took 256 pictures.
The older couple that went with us had a 100% failure of their "Apple" smart phone,
on day # 1, so we are gathering all pics together to send copies to them .

Lots of Castles, olde Churches, cobblestone roads, medieval villages, etc. 😮

Will have all pics done in a couple days, but......I don't believe we can POST the pics here. 😕

Besides....my digression of posting the "European Sojourn" was off topic from this thread of the 2019 Three Flags Classic, so.............

.........back to your regularly scheduled program.......WAITING to hear updated news about this years ride 😡

Can anybody tell me if the start and finishing hotels have been confirmed?
Start Hotel: Hotel Araiza in San Luis Rio Colorado Mexico
Finish Hotel: Prestige Vernon Lodge, Vernon BC.
This link seems to confirm it. Right?
https://sc-ma.com/rides/3-flag-parent/3fc19-talking-points/

The lodge has already blocked off those days.

Any info would be appreciated. I am getting to the point where I check for 3FC eblasts on the website 2 to 3 times a day, every day.

Justin, while the PTB (powers-that-be) have not given me the "official" word yet,
I will confirm that those ARE the correct Start and Finish hotel locations. 😀

Some of us OLDE timers,
liked to make our reservations every October....for the next years ride. 😎

Oh....it was nice in the Good Olde Days. 😛

It's now April 2019....should we file a Missing Persons Report for the SCMA Board? No newsletter since January.....no comments from any board member.....are we all alone now? Are we Orphans? 😉
