Certification Request - MRA West

You need to be a member to request Ride Certification. The request has two components. You will be done when you complete this page down to the bottom of the page. You will receive confirmation emails for both submissions.
- Info and Files – Please fill out the form below with some essential information and attach any files necessary to start the Certification process.
- Select Certification Level – Login as a member, if you haven’t already, select the Certification Level and submit your payment.
