Board members from the motorcycle clubs listed below attend some board and committee meetings. We share information on upcoming events and participate in each other’s rides and events.

We share the stories of all our events in our newsletter as well as the upcoming events and news with

Partners

In addition to our relationship with Felipe Salman from the Mexican endurance riding group below called AMORAK, we also have close associations with the owners at two more partner organizations in Mexico: Oscar Palacio of Playa Bonita Resort and Marco Salgado from Baja ADV Garage. These partners are key to organizing and executing our Three Flags Classic ride that either starts or ends in Mexico. Baja ADV Garage also provides a look into all of the riding available in Mexico and their own calendar of events.

The RedHot Riders Motorcycle Club of San Diego is also an affiliate group from the past currently participating as a Facebook group.  It has conducted some of the SCMA local events and some members are also SCMA members.

The Playa Bonita Resort is located in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico.  Oscar Palacios is the owner and an important SCMA liaison for events in Mexico.  The hotel has also been the start or finish hotel for the Three Flags Classic in prior years.  This video shows the property: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEXKaAD7bsE

The Baja ADV Garage is in the upper left corner of Mexico near the US border on the ocean in the Playas community of Tijuana.  Marco Salgado is another important resource for local knowledge and volunteers who have assisted with crossing the Mexican border.  Marco’s Baja ADV Garage is also a special location to visit and is sometimes used as a starting point for their own rides or AMORAK rides.
